Refund policy

We offer an exchange-only policy. You must request an exchange within 2 days of the original purchase date. We do not offer refunds.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Starting an Exchange

If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item and process the shipment of the new item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with an exchange.
